ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to determine whether there is compliance with the principle of
necessary imputation in crimes against public administration in the form of corruption of public
officials in the judicial district of Apurímac. Methodology: The research follows a quantitative
approach. It is a basic, descriptive-correlational level study, using the inductive-deductive method
and a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 110 justice operators, and the
sampling was non-probabilistic. The techniques used included observation and surveys, and the
instrument was a questionnaire. To obtain the results, descriptive and inferential statistics were
used with the SPSS24 statistical program. Conclusions: It was determined, according to
Spearman's Rho correlation statistic, that the correlation is positive (r= .846) and significant with
a p-value of .000 < α = 0.05. Consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the research
hypothesis was accepted, indicating a significant correlation between the principle of necessary
imputation and crimes in public administration in the form of corruption of officials in the judicial
