Abstract

Research article focused on vehicular behavior and occupational stress within a work environment. Its main objective is to analyze the relationship between these two problems in an internal and external territory, based on information from large entities such as the WHO. Welcoming certain authors, and in the same way making a critical analysis of each one of the proposed situations, with their respective statistical or percentage graphs for a better understanding. This type of research was elaborated in a more descriptive way, using deductive methods for the conclusions of the results, as it is with the decrease that was obtained during the last years regarding the rate of accident, mortality and morbidity inside Ecuador. Obtaining what is proposed by the objective of the article, they are closely related by their cognitive factors, the implication that they have at the moment of taking a decision, but the situation that deserves in most of the cases is by the lack of communication and little team work that is had in a work area, giving to subsist these problems by a long period of time in the companies and thus to take them to an economic or enterprise decrease. So it leads to these large institutions such as the WHO and ILO to take action on the issue, and thus the improvement of each operation in the territory work, giving a plus both your company or competition, to maintain a sustainable market balance in terms of demand and production.
