Abstract

The theme of gender results in a multidimensional controversy in the contemporary context. However, it is projected to result in an indispensable attempt in the educational spheres to achieve sustainable development, through factors such as inclusion, equality and equity. In this context, the antecedents of gender education in the educational field show the non-existent government initiatives to solve these tendencies that, in European countries, trigger sustainable educational development.
